Our Owner and Clinical Director

Simone J. Gregoire, MS, CCC-SLP

Simone grew up in Austin, Texas and Milan, Italy and studied and worked abroad in Mexico during her early twenties. Though she eventually became fluent in Italian and Spanish, these years abroad included many awkward and frustrating miscommunications in languages she neither spoke nor fully understood, an experience she would never forget. While working in special education she observed a speech therapist and was instantly fascinated and inspired by a field that offered the chance to help people overcome their own difficulties with communication.

In her 10+ years as a speech pathologist, Simone has treated speech, language, and swallowing disorders in schools, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing, home health and private practice settings. She is particularly fascinated by speech sound disorders, and the link between oral and written communication skills. Accent modification is an additional area of fascination and expertise. She founded All Clear Speech Therapy in order to focus on providing the most highly individualized treatment and coaching to individuals struggling with speech sound errors, language delays and disorders, social skills deficits and stuttering. She aggressively pursues continuing advanced training in these areas, and has completed coursework with ASHA, PROMPT, the International Association of Orofacial Myology, the Compton Institute of Language and Phonology, Dr. Scott Yaruss, and Lindamood-Bell.

In her free time, Simone enjoys camping, hiking, running, and swimming in the Texas Hill Country, traveling to see friends and family around the world, meditating, volunteering, reading, and watching Texas Longhorns football.

She graduated from Texas State University with a Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Texas.
